Philippe Geeraert preys on little boys. He infects their smartphones and other digital devices so that he can spy on them, push hate content into their social media feeds, terrify them, abuse them, and ultimately try to push them to suicide.
Philippe GEERAERT also uses cyber criminal techniques in order to blackmail doctors, school owners, directors of children's homes, etc, in order to coerce them to abuse children with him.
